What's the difference between staples and drops?

Staples are always stocked. They don't run out, and there's no countdown on them. Drops are limited runs — the All Girls Love Flowers 420 Collection is our first. Each piece in a drop is capped at 420 units total. The product page tells you which one you're looking at.

What does "limited to 420 pieces" actually mean?

Exactly what it says. Each drop piece is capped at 420 units total, split across the sizes. We don't restock it and we don't reprint it later hoping you forgot. If a design moves fast, we may bring it back in a different colorway — but that's a new run with its own 420 cap, not a refill of the old one.

Can I still get something from a sold-out drop?

No. That's the deal, and it's the deal on purpose. Once the 420 are gone, that piece is finished. We don't do restocks, we don't do "we found a few more in the back," and we don't pretend a capped run is capped while quietly reprinting it. If it's sold out, it's sold out.

How do your shirts fit?

It depends on the piece — and every product page tells you exactly which blank that piece is cut from, what it weighs (in GSM), and how it fits. The black All Girls Love Flowers tee is a 250 gsm snow-washed cotton. The coffee tee is a 430 gsm heavyweight — the heaviest piece in the collection, nearly double the pink. The pink paint-splatter tee is a 230 gsm lighter tee. Same family, different weights, different drape.

Don't guess off the letter on the tag. Every product page has a size chart with real measurements — length, chest, shoulder, sleeve — in inches and centimetres. Find your size there before you order.

What's a snow-washed tee?

It's a wash treatment that gives the fabric a faded, broken-in, slightly uneven finish right out of the bag. Because it's a wash and not a print effect, no two pieces come out identical. Small variation in tone is the point of the garment, not a flaw in it.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it goes out. If something in your order is on a drop timeline, the product page will say so before you buy.

How long does delivery take?

United States: 3–7 business days after it ships. International: 7–21 business days, depending on where you are and how your customs office is feeling.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Duties and import fees are the buyer's responsibility — those are set by your country, not by us, and we have no way to calculate or cover them.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unworn, unwashed, tags on, within 30 days of delivery. Full policy is on the returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, within the same 30-day window, as long as your size is still in stock. On a capped run that isn't guaranteed — one more reason to read the measurement chart before you order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Message us within 2 hours and we'll do our best. After that it's likely already in production, and on a capped drop we can't pull it back.

I never got a confirmation email.
