Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Drop releases may take slightly longer at launch — we'd rather be a day late than send you the wrong thing.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs, duties, and import fees
International orders may be charged duties or import taxes by the destination country. Those charges are the customer's responsibility. We can't calculate them in advance, we can't pay them for you, and refused packages that get returned to us are subject to the return policy minus shipping.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the return shipping.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, wait 48 hours — carriers mark things early and it usually turns up. If it doesn't, email dumbloud@gmail.com and we'll open a claim with the carrier and take care of you.
