SHIPPING POLICY

At DumbLoud, every order is prepared with care. Please allow up to 21 business days for order processing, production, and delivery. Many orders may arrive sooner, but delivery times can vary depending on the item and destination.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

DumbLoud is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $200 or more.
