RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final.

DumbLoud does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will work with you to make it right.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed after purchase.

If you notice an error with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
